Cancellation Policy
iHeal Collective Massage & Bodywork Therapy Policy Welcome to iHeal Collective! We are committed to providing you with a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience. In order to ensure that all of our clients have a positive experience, we ask that you please review the following policies: Cancellation Policy We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or miss your appointment without providing 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. To avoid late cancellation fees, we may require a credit card number to be kept on file for future appointments. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so that we can try to accommodate you. If you arrive late, your massage may be shortened so that the next client's appointment is not affected. The full service fee will still be charged. Inappropriate Behavior Policy Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Any sexual behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. The full service fee will be charged, regardless of the length of the session. iHeal Collective may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
